This TPU powder is linear molecular thermoplastic polyurethane powder featuring low melting point and smooth texture, delivering strong adhesion to TPU, PVC, polyester, nylon, fabric, leather and various substrates.

It is widely applied for hot-melt toe puffs, premium interlining, textile printing, hot melt adhesive film, fabric coating, footwear materials and waterproof sealing products.

With stable formulation and consistent performance, it meets diversified processing demands for textile and adhesive industries.

Product Series: Polyurethane hot melt adhesive powder

Features: Uniform particle size distribution, high adhesion strength and transparency, washable and easy to use, soft fell and good rebound, no pollution, ect.

Applications: Thermal transfer printing, zipper's cloth covered glue, automobile industry, reflective materials, etc.

Application Method: Polyurethane hot melt adhesive powder is sprayed evenly over the surface of substrate, laminated heated, pressurize by the technology of powder dot coating, pulping dot, sprinkling dot.
